An AI-powered automated underwriting system for DSCR and Hard Money files. Point it at a loan folder and it runs a four-stage pipeline: document QA, income and DSCR analysis, a QC second opinion, and lender guideline checks, then returns one consolidated underwriting package.
An income calculation engine built on my income determination worksheet: paystubs, W-2s, and variable income with pay-frequency detection and agency-style qualifying logic, so the qualifying number is defensible instead of a guess.

My Story
I'm Jon Mescallado, a U.S. mortgage operations specialist based in the Philippines, working remotely on any U.S. shift.
I moved into U.S. mortgage operations early in my career, building skills across personal loans and HOI processing before advancing into the broker channel.
